An art show delivered to your school. Artworks are original and made by Iowa K-12 students. Elementary and Secondary exhibits are separate collections. Both shows are also available for digital viewing. Who is eligible?: K-12 students whose teacher is an AEI/NAEAmember How to Receive a Traveling Exhibit: Fill out the Google Form to reserve a show and select dates. If you would like access to a digital version of the exhibits, also email [email protected] How to Submit Student Work: There are two different artwork drop off options- Same day as YAM selections in January - no wrap required, artwork wrap completed by AEI; just indicate on your YAM entry form that pieces can be saved for traveling exhibit. OR Summer Board meeting in June- artwork wrap required to be completed by teacher. Either way- You can send the work with your Area AEI representative. See the Contact page to find your representative. It is NOT your local AEA staff although you may use your AEA van mail to deliver artwork to your AEI Area rep. Artwork Return: Your student work will be returned via AEA vanmail or your AEI Area representative in April 2020. Your students will receive participation certificates! Important dates: January 26th - Physical Artwork drop-off at Monroe Elementary in Monroe, IA June Board Retreat- Physical Artwork drop off by AEI Area representative only June 1st - Digital Entry Deadline |
