Chelsie Meyer is the 2015-2016 Outstanding Middle Level Art Educator.  She teaches at Rock Run Elementary and Riverbend Middle School both in the Iowa Falls Community School District.Chelsie Meyer has been a presenter at AEI conferences since 2012.  Many of her sessions deal with using technology in the art room.  She has taught workshops and university classes about using technology in the classroom.  Meyer has become a role model for using ipads in the art classroom.  Art education students from UNI are frequent visitors in her classroom.  Her curriculum is innovative, flexible, and authentic.   She works collaboratively to create public sculptures and produces personal art work as well.
