AEI SUMMER RETREAT:  REGENERATING & PRODUCTIVE

On June 14th & 15th, AEI council members meet at the Ryumonji Zen Monastery in Decorah Iowa for our annual summer retreat. ​

We revisited branding and our membership growth plan. Our target areas were administrators, pre-service/mentoring and social media outlets. The first work day closed with a walking meditation to the peace pole led by our AEI President, Kathleen Sweet. We later visited a local weaver's residence where she brings wool through the entire production process on her own. Overall, an incredibly regenerating and productive experience!   ​
